岗位职责
qualifications
• bachelor degree in relative area business administration/ supply chain/ international trading / domestic distribution … and etc
• basic knowledge of chemical/ plastics industrial.
• familiar with the import/ export operation and documents preparation
• familiar with wgq free tax zone operation.
• good team player‚ wo***ng actively ‚ and can work under pressure.
• fluent in english & good interpersonal skills.
• knowledge of microsoft office software.
• sap experience preferred.

• fill in new order form
• follow up to collect necessary information & shipment data
• prepare import documents invoice & packing list etc.
• forward information & docs to customer in a timely manner‚ and track their acknowledgement
• coordinate import/export issue by communication with agents / fowarders / warehouse‚ etc.
• check warehouse inventory report & activity report
• data oriented‚ accurate record keeping.
