岗位职责
additional experience‚ education and/or skills required:
1. college diploma‚ preferable in textiles/clothing
2. 3+ years qa experience wo***ng in the apparel factory including 2 years in skiing industry strong knowledge base in all aspects of clothing construction‚ especially in woven
3. good knowledge of quality co***ol auditing techniques and documentation
4. ability to organize and prioritize work schedules good communication skills
5. fluent english‚ verbal‚ written & reading computer skill email‚ ms office

job purpose: maintains a consistent level of quality co***ol in order to promote the arc’teryx brand as one that exceeds customer expectations.
key responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to :
1. maintain appropriate business relationships‚ addressing production and qc issues in a timely manner
2. implement quality co***ol procedures to each quality standard and coordinate action plans with ce***al quality manager and build expertise in construction methods and gluing technology
3. review samples‚ size run and make suggestion and recommendation with qc manager and production partners in order to ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained throughout the production processes
4. maintain quality standards co***ibute to the development of new standards as required
5. perform daily inspections at karian and oversee a team of inspectors. currently only one person
6. review and monitor daily and weekly qc reports from karian factory – prepare summaries‚ review with quality manager for lessons learned and/or action required
7. participate in pre-production review meetings
8. use the project schedule and production calendar to ensure that all deadlines are met
9. willing to travel when required
