岗位职责
1.Must be albe to interact closely with cross functional teams and ODM suppliers.
2.Strong QC skill、 anitiative and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
3.Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communcations.
4.Ablity to lead extend teams and meet deadlines.
5.Bachelor´s degree with 3+ years in ME related experience.
6.Good knowledge about chasis designs‚ production‚ quality and industry status.
7.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
相关经验、技能要求
1.Push supplier take continuous quality improvement to achieve quality objectives
2.Review VCDR and 8D report from supplier‚ track supplier performance to ensure
3.Take part in new chassis qualification based on SPC/FMEA/MSA/PPAP/APQP etc
4.Lead supplier audit regularly‚ take annual audit of QSA/QPA/HSF
5.Assess supplier quality performance
6.Handle quality issue and track shipment information to support VM team accomplish shipment successfully
