岗位职责
to succeed in the role you will have the following capabilities:-
• high level accounting and co******olling qualification
• practical knowledge of chinese financial best practice and regulations
• effective communication and relationship management skills in an international environment especially experienced with headquarters in europe
• strong organizational skills alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities
• highly computer literate‚ e.g. microsoft office. must be excel literate to lookup/ logical formula level.
• well-developed utilization of financial management systems and processes
• credible and confident in providing financial support and advice to colleagues at all
levels
• candidates must be eligible to reside and work in shanghai
相关经验、技能要求
key responsibilities:
1.management and ownership of key finance processes‚ including performance reporting and posting month end journals.
2.prepare the monthly accruals and prepayments to ensure the profit & loss account reflects a true and fair view
3.take responsibility for key balance sheet accounts‚ ensuring reconciliations are
4.undertaken on a monthly basis.
5.provide pro-active support to the general manager responsible for greater china and the cfo of the entire group on all financial issues and producing key analysis schedules
6.preparation of statutoryfinancial accounts‚ ensure internal and external financial audits and compliance reviews
7.prepare budgets and forecast as required
8.ad hoc reporting and investigations as and when required
9.visiting group offices as and when required to provide financial support the business
10.build up a strong relationship to the general manager and the group accounting team of the german headquarter
